About Zychem
History
Zychem is the global leader in tactile diagrams for education and the visually impaired. Founded in 1991, we have continued to grow and create exciting new products, forging links with industry and the charity community along the way. Our achievements have not gone unnoticed; as well as a wide customer base spanning over 40 countries worldwide, we have recieved a number of industry awards for our endeavours.
In our short lifetime, we have won 8 business awards, and were a finalist on a separate occasion. These accolades include 5 SMART awards, the Growing Business Award and the prestigeous Queens Award for Enterprise.
We have also had the honour of our product being declared a Millenium Product, a hallmark of our innovation and quality.
Present Day
Zychem continues to grow as a thriving organisation, and with a customer base of thousand's of clients worldwide. Since our formation, we have moved to a bigger premises to accomodate further growth, and as such we are continuing to innovate new products and ideas. More recently Zychem began the distribution of Follmann adhesives to the woodworking industry in the UK.
Customer service is imperitive to Zychem and we are continuing to find new ways to help improve customer relations. Because of this we have recently aquired ISO 9001 certification, and the launch of our new customer website shows Zychem's continuing commitment to delivering quality.
