Delivery
Non-UK Customers
Delivery to the UK is free.
There is a 5% discount when you order 5 or more items (not including Zy-marker).
Delivery to the EU is free when you order 30 or more items (not including Zy-Marker).
Otherwise, delivery is usually supplied at cost. Please call us to discuss the latest rates and terms.
If you are a customer based outside the UK, please contact us by phone or email to get details of your local distributor.

Payment Terms
Stock
For UK based businesses and institutions terms are usually payment within 30 days of invoice.
For businesses and institutions based outside the UK, payment is usually required prior to dispatch of goods, except where special arrangements exist with the prior agreement of Zychem.
For all personal customers payment is required prior to dispatch of goods.
We are now able to accept credit & debit cards for the payment of Zy-Tex2 Swell Paper.

All Zychem products are carried in stock, and most orders can be dispatched the same day that we receive the order.
Large orders or custom made products may take longer to ship. Please call or email us to discuss availability and bulk ordering.
VAT
We politely remind Zychem customers who are exempt from VAT, that we require proof of your status in order to exclude VAT from you order.
